Office of Appeals Announces Streamlined Rejection Procedures

GENEVA — The Office of Championship Appeals has introduced a modernized review process intended to reduce administrative delays and improve the petitioner experience.

Under the revised procedure, submissions will receive a case number, an official acknowledgement, and a prompt written determination.

“Our objective is simple,” said a spokesperson. “Every petitioner deserves a timely answer. We have spent considerable effort reducing the time between a submission and that answer.”

No changes to championship standings are expected as a result of this initiative.
